These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BossForce.ai website and application (the "Service"), operated by BossForce.ai ("BossForce", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BossForce.ai provides a platform that lets you create and manage AI agents that perform business-related tasks on your behalf. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials and email account secure.   • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BossForce and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you paid nothing, [Amount].
